Insured Borrowers have opted in to receive text messages from AFS IBEX Financial Services (AFS IBEX) through execution of the Premium Finance Agreement. See full Terms and Conditions below for the AFS IBEX SMS Program (the “SMS Terms and Conditions”).

Opting In: By opting in to the AFS IBEX SMS Program, you the Insured Borrower expressly consents to receive text messages from AFS IBEX and its service providers in relation to servicing your account(s), including notifications of past due payments. You acknowledge this consent is not a condition of purchase or service and that providing a mobile phone number is not a requirement for entering into a loan agreement with AFS IBEX. No mobile information will be shared with third parties for marketing and/or promotional purposes and Opt-in Consent Data will never be sold to third parties.

Eligibility & Responsibilities: By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree that you have ownership rights or permission of the wireless phone number and device for which you have authorized enrollment in the AFS IBEX SMS Program. If you change, forfeit, or deactivate the phone number you have provided to AFS IBEX, you agree to notify AFS IBEX immediately. You agree that AFS IBEX and its service providers will not be liable for any delays or failures in your receipt of any SMS messages as delivery can be unpredictable based on transmission from your network operator and processing by your mobile device.

Information Security: You acknowledge that text communications are not secure or encrypted and third parties can sometimes intercept messages or disguise messages as though they were sent by us. You agree that you will not text AFS IBEX any confidential or sensitive information. By continuing to use the AFS IBEX SMS Program, you agree that AFS IBEX and its service providers will not be liable for any unauthorized access or interception of text communications with us.

Opting Out: To stop receiving text messages, text STOP or submit request to discontinue SMS by e-mail to service@afsibex.com or by phone at 877-237-4293.

Changes to the SMS Program and/or the SMS Terms: AFS IBEX reserves the right to terminate any of the SMS Programs, in whole or in part, at any time without notice. These SMS Terms may be updated by AFS IBEX at any time without prior notice. By continuing to be enrolled in an SMS Program, you agree to any changes to these SMS Terms.
